The stats below represent all Montrêux real estate sales activity from January 1, 2019 to-date.

Home Sales: 36

Average Price: $1,992,646

Average Price-Per-Square-Foot: $428.37

Highest Home Sale: $4,750,000

Current "Pending" Homes: 12

 

LOTS

Lot Sales: 11

Average Price: $370,909

Highest Lot Sale: $550,000

Current "Pending" Lots: 1

Where do all of our Montrêux buyers come from? Surprisingly, eight of them were existing residents within the Montrêux community itself, either upgrading or downsizing within the neighborhood. Nineteen were from California, and five were from over the hill in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe.

Of the 36 home sales, our team represented 69% (25) on the listing side and 44% (16) on the buyer side. Overall, we were involved in 27 of the 36 sales (75%). With pride and humility, we love serving as your Montrêux real estate experts!
