The Reno-Tahoe Senior Games return on January 28, 2017 for participants in both individual and team competitions. Competitors will compete within age groups to win gold, silver and bronze medals. Registration is available now through January 20 by mail, or January 23 via in-person drop-off or online.

The free Opening Ceremony will take place on Saturday, January 28 and conclude on Valentine’s Day, February 14, with a special V-Day Dinner and Dance event at the Eldorado Resort Casino.

Start your journey off in and around Camp Richardson, a beautiful spot on the road to Emerald Bay. Riding a bike or snowshoeing around the lake is a mellow and low-key way to get an up-close-and-personal view of the Jewel of the Sierra.

Grab your handlebars and cruise up the Camp Richardson Bike Path from the retro General Store all the way up to the Tallac Historic Site. There you can visit lavish bygone estates, a museum and Washoe gardens all with stunning natural vistas to paint the backdrop.
