The wildest, richest rodeo in the west returned last week after a one-year absence: the Reno Rodeo! Kicking off its competition schedule on Thursday, June 17 with their traditional Xtreme Bulls event, it marked the first of Northern Nevada’s major events to make a full return following last year’s shutdowns due the pandemic.

The rodeo has had its full schedule of events as well as no spectator restrictions on attendance, with ten full days of competition and special events. Events will wrap up with finals on June 26 at the Outdoor Arena at the Livestock Events Center.
