Behind the colorful storefront of Haveli lies a distinctive look fashioned by the owners. The chairs have luxurious blue slipcovers with gold sashes, the tablecloths are embroidered and the tables hold cut glass centerpieces, cut glass water goblets, gold flatware and windows trimmed by golf valances. To receive service or call for your bill, you press a small plastic console. The menu is full of appetizers and flatbreads, meat and veggie dishes, separate sections for biryanis and tandoor along with four Indo-Chinses dishes. The word Haveli in Hindi means “mansion” or “large home”.
