It's official, Spring has sprung in Montreux! The course is open and temperatures should hit 80 degrees this week! The sun worshippers and "snow-birds" are out in force as the community is buzzing with activity and tee times.
There has been some major movement in the Montreux real estate community since the last newsletter. A total of 4 homes and 4 custom homesites have closed escrow over the last month. Additionally, there are six properties currently "pending" in the Montreux community.
The Montreux community has had $10.7 Million dollars in real estate sales so far in 2011! Our inventory is shrinking significantly. This time last year there were over 40 homes on the market. Today that list is approximately half!
